Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, we allow cancellations only before the product is shipped. In such cases:
- Your order amount will be refunded, excluding any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment gateway
- Once the order is shipped or marked in transit, cancellation will no longer be possible

Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligible Return/Exchange Case
- Quality Concern: If you receive a saree with a genuine quality issue, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our team may request additional details or photos to verify the issue before proceeding
- Damaged / Wrong Item Received: If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect or missing items, please contact us immediately. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost—based on your preference.
Please Note:
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sarees purchased during sales or discounts
- Sarees bought during promotional or end-of-season offers
- Sarees showing any signs of usage, alterations, or wear & tear
Important Return Conditions
To ensure a fair and hassle-free process, please make sure that:
- You raise a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The Saree is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- The saree is packed securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage in transit.

Please share your order number, reason for return, unboxing video, and clear photos of the product in concern.
Refund Process
Once your returned saree reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection:
- We’ll initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
- Depending on your bank, the amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
In Rare Cases
If the returned item does not meet our quality standards:
- We will Ship the same item back to you at no extra cost.
- Unfortunately, refund or exchange will not be possible in such cases.
